Justification for a Coach

Zig Ziglar once told me during a meeting at his office that all of his material came from Proverbs. He challenged me to read it every day and repeat every month. He told me that there are 31 chapters and 31 days in most months that made it simple and easy to repeat monthly.

Since that day I have continued his challenge and glean nuggets of wisdom every day. Furthermore, I have found over the last seven years at townsend strategies  as a Leadership Coach that many precepts have helped me counsel many leaders with invaluable insight that improves their leadership influence, employee engagement, as well as increased profits.

As a Sales Coach I have also gained valuable insights that has helped my clients sales people increase sales, increase profit, and improved morale within the entire sales team. Virtually all sales people have lacked confidence and proven it by adjusting their price without understanding that many buyers are only bluffing to get your price lower. If they had only been challenged to read a chapter of Proverbs daily they would have read on the twentieth day each month this nugget of truth, “It’s no good, it’s no good!” says the buyer—then goes off and boasts about the purchase.” -Proverbs 20:14 (NIV)

I recommend that you act now and contact us to evaluate your situation. We never start a project unless it has a measurable impact on effective sales growth and/or improving the profit for our client. We also back up the next Proverb through our network of advisors.

Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed. –Proverbs 15:22(NIV)
